Can you stage an empty listing?
No. We work with what's already in the home, so we stage homes that are still lived in. We don't furnish empty homes or hire out furniture.
How do we work together on a listing?
Put us in touch with the seller, or bring us in yourself. We visit, agree the plan with the seller, and style the home before the photographer arrives.
Who pays for the staging?
That's up to you and the seller. We quote for each home and can send the quote to whoever is paying.
Can you work around our photo and show dates?
Tell us the dates when you get in touch and we'll say honestly whether we can fit them.
