Listen first
Every home is different, and so is every brief. We start by hearing what you need and how you live, before we move a single chair.
About L Designs
Making the most of the home you have
L Designs is a home staging, decorating and painting business in Durban. We work with what you already have: your furniture, your light and the bones of your home.
Selling? We stage your home so it shows at its best in the listing photos and on show days. Staying? We decorate, so the rooms you live in feel calm and pulled together. And when the walls need it, we paint, inside and out.
What we believe
A few things we hold on to
They guide every job, from one room to a whole home.
Work with what you have
Most homes already hold the makings of a good room. We start with your own furniture and pieces, then add only what is needed to finish the look.
Prepare properly
Staging works best before the listing photos, and paint lasts when the surface underneath is right. We plan the timing and do the groundwork first.
Finish the details
Cushions plumped, edges neat, the last picture hung straight. The small things are what make a space feel finished.
